i made another important discovery today, too
a very good song for running at 10.5 - 11.0 on the treadmill is weezer's "say it ain't so"
there's something terribly satisfying about pounding on a motorised belt in time to the chorus
but don't yowl the lyrics loudly at a poignant moment in the song
and nobody knows what you're talking about when you say "wrestle with jimmy" out loud
that's okay, though
most people there have learned that you're one of the great sweaters at world, and to stay away from you
