this is exactly why despite the journey to my own personal hell on my first outside running expedition since 1993 i am aiming to be at world by 0615 tomorrowbecause spandex pants are also not friends with wine, rashuns, twisties, mcdonalds, kettle fry chips, snickers, icecream, truckloads of cheese, fish 'n chips and just about everything else i have consumed in the last two weeks
Funny you should mention Rashuns - we just ate a bag of Rashuns for the first time in like 20 years on Sunday - it was the Bathurst V8 Supercar 161 lap race so it is tradition to sit in front of the tube all day with junk food and feet up!! We both agreed that Burger Rings would have been better!
ReplyDeletesee, i eliminated that dilemma by getting BOTH!!! that's why i'm now in a world of hurt with the atonement. mmmmm, burger rings - you forget how good they are until you eat them again. and again. and again. sigh
