but my bed was too awesome
so i stayed in bed far too long and thought great big deep thoughts (AS ALWAYS)
therefore
- biking - 10 km
- boxing - 30 min
- push ups (full) - 50
- step ups - 50 EACH SIDE
- swiss ball roll outs - 50
not at all like a teenage boy
not at all like the teenage boy of the gym owner who also has an untidy room
