i've never really bounced back since the delightful h1n1 time of december, and my bouncing is getting heavier and slower
giving up smoking, cutting down on drinking and disturbances in the force have compounded the problem
this year's adventure race has begun at the gym, so that's going to lead to insane amounts of indoor cardio because i have a competitive streak
- boxing - 30 minutes
- treadmill - (walk/run) 5km
- full press ups - 50
- crunches - 70
i know what you're thinking
"that doesn't sound so terribly competitive, tubby"
yeah but not but yeah but no but
the day's not over yet, is it? i mean, i haven't even BEGUN to sing
