atonement

i wasn't going to go because of tiredness and the lingering pain from yesterday's session

but a sandwich and an inner dialogue later found me back at the gym - still chipping away at the 59km run stage
  • run/walk - 3km
  • squats - 20
  • tricep dips - 20
  • back extensions - 20

you'll have noticed that's only 3km done and dusted

that's because i've worn out my brooks vapor 8 running shoes and i have two matching blisters on my insteps

i feel some sporty retail therapy coming on
